Wow. By far the most serious Greek wine I’ve tried. Enormous concentration and energy. Deep deep acids, beeswax, earth, citrus pith and lanolin, some smoke, leather and rubber phenolics. With time, some higher tone sour-fruit aromas of nectarine and tamarind emerge. Stoney bitterness and loads of minerals. Everything turned up to 11, but virtuosic. Ten years wouldn’t hurt this a bit. Keeps changing over 7 days open. Getting even more interesting. Pushing 9.6

Can’t believe I haven’t had this one before. A most serious offering. Probably could have waited a few years to pop this but what better time than the Greek Easter feast! Delicious
