Nov 15th, 2017This wine is hard to evaluate. Like no other Assyrtiko. It is a complex wine, with apple flavor and some funk. But it has no relation to Assyrtiko or what is expected from Santorini. And it is too expensive.

Feb 20th, 2017Lemon, acid, and chalky minerals punch you in the mouth, yet linger for unexpected lengths in this Grecian wine, which reminds of the ocean. Easily teamed with scallops, but I sipped so I could savor on its own. Definitely worth adding to your collection.

Aug 27th, 201630/05 - At a tasting in Paris, this one is one of the top 3 Assyrtiko I' ve ever tasted. It needs time in the bottle to express its self, whether we like it or not!
