Strong aromas of dark chocolate
Cooling blue fruit, characteristic WA syrah fruit profile to me
Pretty low acid
On opening felt slightly unbalanced, continued to integrate over 2 hours
Paired wonderfully with salame piccante, bellavitano, and netflix
