Upon opening it didn't show much and was even a bit sour. My wife didn't like it so I threw it back in the fridge and forgot about it. 3 or 4 nights later when I tried before pouring down the sink... Wow. A crisp beautiful deep modern burgundy. Kept the rest to myself since she said she didn't like it.
