Les Baronnes Sancerre Sauvignon Blanc

Classic.

Pale lemon with pronounced aromas of citrus and floral spice. On the palate flavors of ripe citrus, honeysuckle and smoky notes. Medium finish, good balance ending with flinty mineral character.

Very pale yellow, nose is slightly sweet. In the mouth: very sweet, lots of red apple & sweet pear with some slight citrus notes. Just doesn’t taste like most Sancerre to me as there’s just too much sweetness. If you like sweeter wines then I would rate it better than what I have done.

Slight effervescence with green and pomelo notes, rounded by minerality in body and lightly in finish.

Beautiful bouquet. Having it with seafood.

Color: Pale and light, very wintery

Taste: light and clean, very citrus and juicy, a little bit of slate maybe?

Super citric lemon n very VERY gooseberry. Good acididi n fair body. Surly gain w time but still.
