Les Truffières Chablis Chardonnay

Perfection. My new favorite burgundy. Crisp minerality and acidity without being too austere or too bracingly acidic. Tropical notes in the nose. Delicate. Was overpowered by the chicken we ate with it, next time would try with a more subdued meal like white fish
