Having tasted this wine over a dozen times there has been some bottle variation. This was one of the better bottles and it was really singing today. After a long day at bottle rock this was much welcomed .

There's a majesty and respect in a 19 year old #champagne While I would say it was time to drink this teenager, I loved the confit lemon and honey notes and a hint of acidity to finish off. Nice.
