Crisp, nice balanced with a little sweet and acidic apricot and pear flavors. Almost no yeasty, toasty notes. Fresh, bright, with a hint of cotton candy

Not a big bubbles guy, but this showed quite well. Not overly bubbly but could really feel the elegance and refined structure. So nice

Cuvée Hemera. 1st time with this it seems it was only made in the 05 vintage. This was rich & delicious with lime citrus, apple, sour dough, herbal tea & mineral.
