This is the Roussanne not the Albariño. Intense nose with loads of waxy lanolin scents, maybe beeswax, over lightly bruised orchard fruit. If this were served blind, I would almost certainly say Loire Chenin. Scents carry over to the palate. Decents acids for a Roussanne. Distinctive. Purchased at the winery 2 years ago.
