Dark ruby color with a brick rim. Intense aromas of plums, eucalyptus and black pepper. A bit of funk as well but it blew off quickly. Flavors of plum pudding, roasted meat, soy sauce and black licorice. Dense and earthy. Savory and powerful. BIG and bold! Opened up beautifully. Thank You Pete and Kase! Revisited in July 2023.
