BlackBerry, vanilla, and beautifully integrated tannins that suggest this wine has many years to continue to evolve. Probably the best Hundred Acre I have had!

Dec 22nd, 2023Mature bouquet to complement a soft expression of Cabernet reminiscent of a 1995 Left Bank Bordeaux. Dark fruit are present albeit not fruity! definitely time to drink from your cellar.

Rough when opened and needs at least 45 minutes of decanting. After that... Really good.
