Pale gold in color; yellow apples, petroleum, and honeysuckle on the nose; high acidity; tastes like citrus zest, beeswax, and starfruit with a long finish. Nellie says it's too acidic. I'm hoping it pairs well with a charcuterie board. I think it's a good, dry riesling.
