Great. Touch chardonnay like. Quite acidic. I kind of like it. Green Tea! Honey. From Etna - Sicily at 750 meters. 2500 feet. Very southern vineyard only altitudes allow them to make great wine.

2014 is a mineral bomb with nicely structured fruit. Highly recommended.

Apr 7th, 2019Very round and chewy. Very nice citrus and salinity. Just did not seem in balance. Didn't have the benefit of night two where it sounds like from @Scott Petrus it came together.

This wine seemed flabby when tasting last night. The acid wasn't bright and the flavors dull. When paired with a steak today it was the perfect partner playing the foil usually reserved for Chardonnay

Very very smooth and well blended together. A bit funky on the nose, well balanced almost light bodied but with some heft palette. Grapes, air, salt.
