The perfect wine for shrimp appetizer and lobster tail dinner.

I think I prefer this to the 2013s I’ve had.

Very pale straw coloration. On the nose, citrus, pear and honey. On the palate, pear, citrus, strong lemon, florals and honey. Lengthy, balanced finish.

On the nose, light citrus. On the palate, florals, lemon and pear. With hints of honey.

Light, delicate, tiny bubbles - notes of citrus.

Tiny bubbles. Bright, crisp and a little citrus. Very nice. Enjoyed with Brillat-Savarin affiné triple cremé.
