Acidity, alcohol, tannins are strong! Solid structure; wish we’d held on for longer. Still lovely now though.

Too young, but all the elements are there. Dark ruby. All acid and tannin, with fruit struggling to express itself until the steak arrived, then things changed. Plum, sage, herbs, and some coffee notes. Needs lots of time.

Fresh elegant Sangiovese. Bordeaux like, with cedar and cherry notes. Great future ahead. 45 min decant. Served w/ NY strip.
