So disappointed. First taste was without food, un-aerated. There are a few layers and it's slightly smokey, but it was the slipperiest red wine I've ever tasted, practically no tannins. If that's to your liking, then you'll like this. I prefer a cab with more grip and body. It improved slightly with food, but not enough to buy it again for $20. I have no idea why this is TotalWine's #1 wine. Maybe for those who are entry-level.

Decanted for two hour and ended up not finishing the whole bottle. Flat, sub-par table wine. Purple with a tinge of brown. Fruit forward with no spicy and a body too light for my taste. I purchased based on it being the #1 recommendation by Total Wine and am disappointed.

Good everyday wine, but nothing special. Pretty mild and blah in flavor. Smooth but don't expect much more.
