"Cuvée Corcelette" Morgon Gamay
Ridiculously gorgeous. No notes, just enjoyed with some perfectly grilled lamb t-bone and great company @Danny Aliaga

Nov 23rd, 2021This is all about fragrance, fruit, and sweet spices. Texture is super soft. None of that crunchy, mineral-textured granite stuff, but a very elegant, feminine rendition. So much delicious fruit. Needs a careful decant, though, because there is a ton of that fine, floaty sediment that starts dispersing if you look at it wrong.

May 28th, 2021Delicious and elegant. This wine was remarkable. I tasted it blind and had trouble placing it because it's structure and aromatic complexity didn't match with my fruit driven expectation of gamay. I've been drinking discount bojo. This was phenom.

Apr 3rd, 2021Evolution of gamay noir in my glass now. Black Cherry - Flint - fiddleheads - cream - bitter tea - cassis. A lifetime in one hour, care of oxygen.
