So mineral, powdery and softly waxen, denser flavors, where a Buddha's Hand citrus aromatic takes over. For some odd reason it reminds me of simple Coche, with a certain Juraness

2012 stunning mineral driven with apple and lemon curd. Expressive and layered on the palate and tastes like you have ocean rocks rolling around in your mouth. A beauty from the Jura master!

Nuts, dry fruits, mushrooms and the signature honey coating mouthfeel we find in so many of Ganevat's white cuvées. A nice freshness brings everything together. It's all about balance here. Awesomely different!
