Super cool to taste a wine with both heavy botrytis and oxidation. Other than Szamorodni, I can't think of another young wine where you get this combination. 250 g/l RS but somehow it works. Parmesan, mushroom grit, truffle honey. A delicious and memorable wine!

Vintage 2007 made of ancient Jura grape varietals, incredible low yield (3hl/ha) - made of grains nobles - very fat wine, deep mahony colour, vivid, alive and kicking, beautiful impressions of peaches in smell, figs in taste, beautiful acidity, awesome and stunning wine!
