Aging with grace; there is not much extra depth and complexity compared to 1,2, and 3 years ago, but there is some staunch maturity in terms of mouthfeel and finish which relate to structure rather than flavours - hard to pinpoint.

Has kept acid levels and vivacity well. Have tried about one per year from this vintage since released and this was the best one yet. I love the Chalonnaise!!
