Oyster shells, nice acidity. Nice typicity for Chablis. Not a bad wine to blind.

Couldn't hang with the kickass Vietnamese this eve, but would be perfect on a hot day on the beach or in the park.

Very interesting Chablis. Has a somewhat creamier mouthfeel than I typically expect from a Chablis, but has pretty good balance and a lingering finish.

Nice on a humid day. Great balance between the minerality and crisp fruit.

Bright gold med nose, complex Easter lily, lemon/lime, pink grapefruit, honey, limestone, good acidity nice length.
Single vineyard, kimmeridgian limestone, drink now or in 4 yrs.

Sharp, lean and with Sancerre-like acuity. Modern.
