Exactly what you want from a just developing Chablis 1er. Comparing to the Tribut Beauroy I had last week this is just a touch less impressive. But rocking regardless.

This Chablis is interesting. Pretty dry on the palate with notes of Parmesan on the nose and palate. Slight tropics.
