This classic French goodness is what brought me to the white side of wine. Before THIS Sancerre, I had never truly enjoyed or appreciated any white wine. This is undoubtedly my go to white in the summer. The minerality, lemongrass, and a just a simple note of fresh earth and wet forest. She's a beauty.
