It's been a number of years so nice I've had a Jim Barry wine and when I saw this Riesling for $15 at Liquorland I couldn't help but indulge myself.
On the eye it's a bright lemon lime colour. The nose has a bit of a musky perfume with a zippy lemongrass undertone and some floral notes in there. It's a total palate cleanser in the mouth; citrus, citrus and more citrus. This wine makes me crave oysters something shocking 🍋
