Mid yellow, bit of zing soon after opening, but now settled. Rich and mouth-filling, fairly unctuous and tropical but not cloying as the acidity lurking in the background carries through the palatte. I love this wine!

Jul 9th, 2021Showed very well. Nice balance, enough acid to make this feel almost light. I see why JJ Prüm is the standard for sticky Riesling.

Absolutely delicious wine! And it's especially went well with our Indian food at TAJ, in The Cove, Deerfield Beach. Our first time there – with Annette and Rod.

2005 vintage. At Bistro de l'Hotel in Beaune. Pale lemon hue. Petrol, lemon curd, green apricot, wet rock minerality. Honey and caramel. Wow. Very good. On the palate, sweet, full body, medium plus acidity, very long. Extremely good.

Wooow, where to start? The JJ Prüm 05's are one of the best they ever made. This one has a beautiful nose of botrytis, white chocolate, honey, pineapple. Like Fritz Haag, these wines have the intensity of beerenauslese without losing their freshness. What will it taste like in 100 years from now....105/100!

Slight petrol. white peach. citrus and slate. creamy palate with a honeyed note. slightly sweet but with nice acid kicking in on the finish. could do with 5-10 years to balance out. excellent potential!
