Peach, acacia, lychee, more white flowers... Moderately aromatic and acidic. Dry with residual sugar. A blend of Pinot blanc, Pinot Gris, Müller-Thurgau, muscat, and riesling.

Everything I want in wine. A little minerally, some fine grit, and otherwise a hint of tropical fruit and a little sweetness on the finish. Feels magical and happy. One of my all-time favorites.

peach, white flowers, green almonds. smells more minerally than it tastes. too round and sweet for me. not necessarily rich, still has decent acid, but very honey-ed. nothing much to think about. 🤷🏼♀️

Bouncy! Full and delicious. Floral and apple sauce nose, tart skin and ripe sugarplum fruit. Great. Best when very chilled; maybe it’s a touch sweet.
