I saw cab franc and immediately went to this. Hello gorgeous! I haven't had much from Jonata, but I know the pedigree. Black tea, black cherry, toasted almonds, blackberries, cassis, small bit of oak at this point. Stunning! @Carl Fischer

2006 vintage. 426 cases produced, 3rd vintage from Jonata. Good fill and excellent (if slightly dry) cork. Decanted with little sed and tasted after 2.25 hours. Whiffable, earthy nose. Light-medium body. Tremendous, dark cherry concentration flavor-wise. A token offering of richness perceived just behind the front teeth on the roof of the mouth/palate. Instructive. 7.6.24.
