Very deep and dark violet. Red and black fruit on the nose. Very ripe fruit, jammy. Not super jammy, but not super balanced either. The sweet fruit overpowers.

Jan 13th, 2022Insanely dark purple. Was prepared for my palate to be overwhelmed...but it was super well balanced and integrated and not monolithic at all! Austere was used in other reviews and that captures it nicely! Berries, tobacco box, graphite, and forest floor, but again without throttling you!
