something about Cali Cab from the 70's. Like me, they've aged wonderfully, meaning still rather youthful for middle age...ha!

1979 vintage. Not the biggest Jordan fan but this one hit before the mass California hysteria. Decanted and tasted after 10 mins-2 hours. Plenty of cedar, tannins and otherwise, structural components. Solid showing. May pick up a few of these for the holidaze. In best Darth Vader/James Earl Jones voice..."Impressive." 9.20.23.

Forty years in cellar and still possesses wonderful acidity and fruit character. Beautiful wine.
