Those Jordan Cabs get me every time. So easily drinkable and velvety smooth. This one was no exception. Delicious. But I still do prefer the 2008 vintage.

The plum and dark berry notes were prominent. Needed a little time to open up, contrary to our belief that we shouldn't allow it too much air. A great wine from a great winery.

Been going through many of the different vintages of Jordan. This 2006 still had plenty of time in the bottle. Not sure how much that would change the outcome because, like all Jordan's, it is such a great food-wine.
