Slightly dry, dominantly fresh red apple, some lemon juice, faintly nectarine. Very light on acid and zero aromatics. Almost can't taste the alcohol, fairly well balanced just missing a few things.

Aromas of jasmine, ginger, lychee, honey and chalk. Bone dry and just slightly petillant, light, with juicy apple and mineral flavors on the palate. Very tasty.
