It could have only been one thing...

Nice and deep – not too plummy

dark purple. overripe fruit. leather nose. cherry pits. low acidity. slightly sweet. cranberries. oak. well balanced tannins. quite good. medium finish.

This is a perfect cab to me. Not too jammy, not too huge of a finish to prevent me from having a second glass!

A favorite from California. 2015 vintage $26

Pretty solid

Blackberries, currant, black cherry, milk chocolate, cedar box, pepper. Med- acidity, med tannin. A touch of alcohol heat. Nice juicy (but not over the top jammy or oaky), easy drinking Cab. Did the trick with NY strip steak.

Dark fruit, a little tart. Light for a cab- med body. Light finish
