Smells of hay, wet river rock, ginger, lime peel, and white flower. Mouth coating waxy mouth feel, coupled with lingering acidity. Absolutely amazing with aged cheese!

Very clean, fresh and (agreed with previous posters) minimal fruit until the end. This one went down waaaay too easily for me on a late-spring weekend...:-/ But I'll buy it again (and proceed more cautiously.) 2015 vintage (in early June 2017).
