Stony, lacking acidity tho. Bland nose, medium intensity color lackluster expression on palate - mild acidity and flavor. Almost tannic finish, decent compliment to a soft fuller bodied fatty cheese. Though overpriced for what it is.

Very pale - almost like water. Aromas of honey (surprisingly) and oyster shell. A little oak influence. Delicious with Tempura Moreton Bay Bug at this very good Japanese restaurant on the Gold Coast.

Bright and acidic with a long but subtly buttery finish. I couldn’t detect many fruity notes, but is refreshing and easy-drinking.

Jun 10th, 2019I loved this. Clear bright goldenrod yellow. Not much on the nose for me. But bright vibrant lemon and yellow fruit primary. Nice change to a rich meringue mid-palate. Distinct but light butter after taste (note: not overpowering like CA Chardonnay can be w the butter). Nice off dry finish. Med acidity. Solid “low cost” Chablis.

Muted nose with green apple and lime zest. Chalk and limestone show over fruit. Rounds out of palate with golden apple and pear. Acidity shines, but stays in balance. Tart citrus.
