2023 vintage. From THAT plot 22.5 acres large that adjoins two, Grand Cru, vineyards. Last tasted 2.27.26 (9.3). Medium body. Some covert white pepper now in the nose. Originally picked up two cases for the resto. Realized my mistake and picked up the last case available. So about that last meal? Gotta be Puligny and Dover Sole, or Scallops, with a few capers and beurre blanc sauce. Underselling this a little bit as it's not premmie cru bleep but feel free to throw this into a blind, 2023 P-M tasting and it will amaze. This is displaying the old familiar subtleties you used to know so well. All I really wanna know is there one sweet Puligny that can make me smile. Oh yeah. With apologies to Sir Rod. 4.5.26.

2023 vintage. Medium body. Crispy, grilled/seared lemon rind with mineralité/minerality. Nice, classic composure and has nearly all the dance steps down pat. Did I mention it's rolling in at $66.67 a bottle cost for the resto? These days/daze, that's almost free for decent+ white Burg. This is from a vineyard/plot directly adjoining those skanky Grand Crus of Bienvenues-Bâtard-Montrachet and Bâtard-Montrachet. Slumming. Alert the federales/wine po-po. Two cases please. 2.26.26.
