Very acidic, spicy on the nose, not very oaky. The problem is the finish, to many berry notes, not balanced, and not smooth as the bottle described.

Maybe a tad of leather midway through, with plum and a bit of (vanilla maybe?) on the aftertaste. Not tannic whatsoever. A good wine. But not worth the price or too dissimilar from the regular label Josh Cab. Edit: I’ve allowed it to open up a little and I’m getting wonderful pepper notes. Vastly improved from first corkage.

Jammy full bodied red. One of my husband’s favorites. An understated cab. Would have mistaken the 2015 vintage for a Zinfandel.

I had a 2014 the wine delivers a very lucious texture in every taste. Very nose, hints of tone mint nose, perfect level of tannins. Was a gift, not sure of the price..

Very light, smooth & silky on the palate. Good with cheese & crackers and delicious with grilled chicken.
