Meaty af! Smells like someone is cooking some meaty dish with lots of spices and mushrooms. Similar on the palate. Meaty and smooth. I got very little acidity. I got some cocoa, espresso as the wine opened up.
Definitely a well structured, well made wine.
This paired well with a prosciutto and olive pizza! Very unique wine! Glad I have tried it!
