Another brilliant Austrian producer joins the gang- Judith Beck's Ink has kept for a week- developed from something simple and tasty into an elegant, smooth, vibrant bottle. Dark fruit balanced by beautiful acid. Out the fridge in the sun- proper gear.

Good, juicy, silky if not somewhat simple, yet all together enjoyable sipping.

Lovely wine Dark garnet color, nice blend of fruit, plum, black cherry.

Crushable and chewy bright blueberry

Austrian. Biodynamic. Zwiegelt grapes. Dark ruby colour with violet rim. Smells like bing cherry, sweet spices and cinnamon. Tastes young, refreshing, light tannins and a bit spritzy. Paired with grilled salmon.

Bright, cider, pepper, a little effervescent and funky

Funky & refreshing, effervescent. Beautiful fruit.

Not my taste. Acidic, funky, like a natural wine gone bad.
