A bit grassy but in a nice way with a crisp dry finish. Great with a lemon basil chicken soup.

Very nice PG from OR - recently had one from Friuli & difference is stark: this is Alsatian, thick fat (bottle age + style) silky boisterous fruit focused whilst other was subtle balanced precise. Both delicious but decidedly different

I cannot remember the last time I had a Pinot Gris! Crisp..floral...melon..grass...stone fruits..light body..presents decent balance! Slightly off on the finish...decent I would consider this a step up from a table wine! Paired with Sushi...paired very well!

Has an interesting slightly bitter aftertaste, but not offensively so. Great with sweet fruits and smoked cheeses.
