Wednesday Wine Committee. As always, wines are tasted blind. 1 sparkler, 2 whites, 4 reds, 1 dessert.
I pegged the varietal and producer correct here. ✔️ It had an awesome green tint in color. Almost a nuttiness characteristic that I associate with Ritchie vineyard chards, but not quite fully there. Not a butter bomb. Refined and elegant.

Surprisingly subdued but still showing nicely. Oak is now well integrated. Has aged gracefully.

I thought it was a very smooth oaky flavor. Great with any seafood 🦞 of course but also great with sushi and sashimi’s yum yum sauce

Stunning Sonoma Coast with melon, apple and peaches. Perfect buttery compliment to some Dungy Crab!!
