I actually really enjoyed this! Coming from a place just over the hill from Italy, it definitely reminds me a bit of prosecco. Lovely nose of cut citrus and baked brioche with medium palate of lemons and limestone. A pleasant drinker.

Way better than expected. The Slovenians can make the crap out of some sparkling Ribolla Gialla.

Like a sparkling cider, with flavors of apple and pear. Refreshing, lemon cream. Super light and refreshing.

Refreshing. A little weirdness but I stopped noticing a third of the way. Sparkling ribogiallo, hmm? Good enough! I drank the whole thing.
