Gorgeously evocative nose of collapsed tannins, violets, cherries, grilled meat. Palate is blackberry, sour cherry, olive. Excellent structure. Medium-bodied with excellent finish. Wonderful with food, beautiful work.

So pretty which isn't the word I would use to describe for Saint Joseph. But floral and the fruit is just outstanding.

Delicious with great texture for a while. A bit 1 note Black Olive - brine and this bottle cracked up too early.
