May 30th, 2018I am a bit disappointed, I liked previous cuvée from Marc Houtin... this is an interesting mix of gamay and pineau d’aunis .. a little bit of carbonic funk, fruit, with lots of white pepper on the nose and on the tongue.. it’s light bodied but tannic, the dusty type... the wine feels a little incomplete though... it also has so much going on that it ends up lacking focus and character.. it is still very golable especially with grilled sausages ...
