ruby color, med plus intense aroma. Concentrated cherry, vanilla, cinamon, black pepper spice, thick rose pedal aroma. Strong sense of french oak, med body, med plus acid, med plus intensity, moderate tannin, smooth and silky texture that goes with hint of spice and fruit cherry and bitterness. med plus with distinctive , dominat bitter finish. Savory nebbiolo, need some fat food (tajarin con ragu, simple lamb chop with rosemary) for this one. Love the texture but too oaky and bitter. maybe we can age for three to five more years.

Luke a "baby Barolo " great texture and fairly long finish. Cleanly made Nebbiolo. Went well with the pork butt at Searsucker last night.
