2007 tanins have settled, nice acidity, Cherry has styled but still good red fruit, tobacco, nice boast not as oaky as it was in 2015. With Cara, Eugenio, Katie, Liza

California cabs aren't normally my thing, but 2007...what a year. Dark cherry, currants, and oak blow off quickly as the wine unwinds leaving extremely fine tannic structure and sparkling acidity. Lighting in a bottle.
