Ripe & juicy blackberries, dark cherries, cherries, stewed plums, rhubarb, steeped tea, black cherry cola, licorice, raisin, sweet spices, soft grainy brown volcanic minerals, fresh & dry red florals, bright acidity and a nice lean elegant finish.

Sharing with Alan at a Peruvian restaurant. Classic Cab with blackberry notes, refined tannins, black tea, black currant. Superbly long finish. Prob good for next 5 years. Pairs perfectly with a steak.
