A sexy Languedoc Albariño, pale platinum colour with a nose of citrus blossom, subtle lemon and a hint of beeswax. The palate is bright and lovely, good acidity with flavours of lemon and baked apple. Paired beautifully with scallops on a bed of red cabbage, leek and chorizo.

Kind of a mindblow. Provencal garrigue-y aromatics. Touch of Rhone white fat. Looking for the albarino...but I guess it's logical in that this isn't rias baixas?
