Low alcohol Nebbiolo blend is the best kind of Nebbiolo blend. This has a little age (2006) and is the suavest Boca I ever did have.

Still so fresh and lively, and as with so many Le Piane wines, it evolves so nicely in the glass. Mineral, herb, dried fruit, potpourri. Ever changing and not obscured by wood influence. #drinksatantonios

Popped open and was drinkable right away which was surprising given it had all little age to it.

A wine that matches its wonderful story of Nebbiolo vines lost and found far to the north of its famous Piemontese cousins. Look online for stories - Sedimentary Wines has got a great article. This is 10-yr old Nebbiolo (85%) and the taste is familiar but wild...I absolutely loved this wine geek wine and will do my best to seek it out in the future. Thanks again to the merchant at The Wine Bottega in North Boston who enthused about this wine (and convinced me to shell out a wad of dough to try it).
