Quintessential Chinon. Juicy, smoky, chalky and open, yet a long life ahead. We'll done — 5 years ago
2016 Alte Reben. Such a beautiful, racy, classic Kabinett. Pure, zesty, and super long finish that floats on for days. So good — 7 years ago
A bit more shy on open, but then blossoming into the classic Falkenstein dance of herb and stone, crackling with zesty acidity that floats into a neverending finish that leaves you salivating (literally) for more. So good! — 4 years ago
Zippy and fresh. Herbs, slate, and great concentration, while remaining fresh and invigorating. Another amazing wine from the Webers! — 7 years ago
Zesty, slatey, salty goodness. This rips, but has weight and depth as well. — 7 years ago
Ever evolving during the night. Red fruits, savory herbs, smoky mineral. Fairly tight on open, with brisk acidity at the forefront. Opens up nicely with air; quite Burgundian and ethereal. Upside from here — 8 years ago
Quite young and forward, but also classic Prum in it's ethereal elegance and balance. Floral, peach, some tropical notes, and classic slate. Still a youngster. — 5 years ago
Still so fresh and lively, and as with so many Le Piane wines, it evolves so nicely in the glass. Mineral, herb, dried fruit, potpourri. Ever changing and not obscured by wood influence. #drinksatantonios — 5 years ago
Classic. Lovely dense fruit, slate, and light touch of herbs turning quite racy and extending into a beautiful finish that floats and dances. — 8 years ago

Sponti is resolving, and this leads with opulent yellow fruit, cool minty herb and smokey mineral. Quite rich, but still maintains freshness. Curious if this gains a tad more elegance with time. Delicious nevertheless! — 4 years ago
