Graacher Himmelreich Spätlese Riesling

Honeysuckle and sweet pear pie. Spun straw gold in color. Long finish. 2010 has evolved past the crisp years and is now fattening up.

Quite ripe and rich. Oily sweet fruit. Orchard stuff, soft Strus and a stoniness. Good.

Great acidity and balanced sweetness without being cloying.

High acid, good concentration and density, a little bit simple but still a baby... Very refreshing on a warm summer day

Quite young and forward, but also classic Prum in it's ethereal elegance and balance. Floral, peach, some tropical notes, and classic slate. Still a youngster.

Thanksgiving Wine #3. Middle Model classic. Such ballance in a 2010 vintage. Unctious and rich, but bright and sexy.
